The apartments were 200m down from a large supermarket, so cooking in the apartment was made easy. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off!

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms are very large and modern and the breakfast is very nice. The b&b is about 15 mins by car into Florence or say 20 mins on the bus. There is a bus stop just outside of the accomodation. In addition we had a very nice meal at a restaraunt about 400 metres from the b&bB on the main road to Florence which was run by a family originally from Inverness.

Great accommodation in the Tuscan hills. Views out of across manicured gardens and pool to vinyards and olive groves in rolling hills. Can easily see the impressive hillside town of San Gimignano.
