even it is not close to the city center, but just 3 minutes' walk from the bus stop. there is also a big supermarket nearby. the room is super big and very clean. furniture are new and comfortable. overall, everything is perfect.

The resident is very close to Florence, we had a rental car but did not use it because there was a bus station 100m away, took us about 15 min' to arrive florence's center. Moreover the staff was very kind and helpful, especially Fabrizia! Breakfest was nice with good quality materials and the coffee was great(it is Italy after all). The room was

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms are very large and modern and the breakfast is very nice. The b&b is about 15 mins by car into Florence or say 20 mins on the bus. There is a bus stop just outside of the accomodation. In addition we had a very nice meal at a restaraunt about 400 metres from the b&bB on the main road to Florence which was run by a family originally from Inverness.

Great stay, fantastic accommodation, our room was superior with garden view, breakfast fantastic. Good staff, very friendly and kind, they love this job. Good dinner service. The pool is fantastic and the all property well tend. We will be back for sure very soon and this time with friends. -

What an amazing place ! I can't remember where we ever have received such a warm welcome and such a extraordinary and individual hospitality as in this lovely hotel in semproniano. If there is a place on earth close to heaven, there it is. And the person who made this happen was the wonderful Hotel Manager Roxanne who took care so much and great for us. Great accommodation in the Tuscan hills. Views out of across manicured gardens and pool to vinyards and olive groves in rolling hills. Can easily see the impressive hillside town of San Gimignano. We hired a vespa with Mauros help and had a fantastic time riding around the tuscan countryside and small medieval towns. -

We absolutely loved staying at Marianella. From when we arrived we were
blown away by the beauty of the building and the 360° views of the
