  First class friendly and helpful service and very modern clean bright bedroom and shower room. Location is fantatstic, right by the centre but totally peaceful and secluded. - Bruno was the best host, the b & b most comfortable, clean and breakfast included catering for all tastes. One of he best places we have stayed in Italy.

  When we came in the evening, we thought that we are in the middle of nowhere. But when we wake up in the morning we fall in love in this place.The house was beautiful, accommodation comfort and clean, garden with trees and flowers, beautiful pool and very very calm. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are a comfortable size, all with balconies! The location of the hotel is ideal for walking to the town and beach, but most ideal for those who like to cycle! Be sure to get your spot around the lovely pool or head up to the r - I'd like to thank Massimo and Sandro for their hospitality!!! The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is 5-7 min walk from the nearest beach in a very green place. It looks like on photos, good breakfast, clean rooms. I recommend to book a delux one if possible with a huge balcony.   Small, well priced hotel in a relaxing Tuscan garden setting. The managers were extremely helpful without being intrusive, they recommended local restaurants, provided tourist information and directions and ensured our needs were met. The room was delightful and had every amenity we needed. The establishment had a "B and B" atmosphere and the hos... what people say » pitality was outstanding. - The hotel is conveniently situated just outside Montepulciano, but uphill all the way into the town. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of choice which included freshly baked cake every day. The hotel rooms were very clean and nicely decorated and outside the lovely spaceous garden was ideal. We will definitely return one day.

Being able to have handcrafted Italian dinners on the terrace with Chianti made from the vines just behind the villa made this a spectacular spot!   Despite arriving late in the evening we were welcomed warmly by Mariani, her husbond and staff. The food was delicious, the rooms spacious, beatiful and very clean with a fantastic view. Mariani was very helpful with advice of what to see in the area. Hotel convenient for visiting Lucca and Pisa.

  Wonderful owners, gorgeous remote location with simple clean rooms. We had a wonderful bathtub and a veranda patio. There is a wonderful infinity pool and trails that take you to the closest town (15 min walk) where you can sample local Volpaia wine, vinegar and olive oil paired with fruit and cheese. Guido and Martina were wonderful hosts, friendly but not intrusive. The views are incredible. We recommend the home-cooked dinner! The bedrooms have a chic yet rustic feel, with high quality linens and toiletries. Swimming pool looked nice but we didn't try it.
