This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The position is perfect, the outside pool is spotlessly clean and perfect. The reception staff are the most friendly and helpful. My requests were dealt with quickly and effortlessly. Five star rating. -

Beautifully restored Villa, high quality fittings,traditional Italian style,spotlessly clean room, lots of good quality choices in breakfast buffet.
Friendly and efficient staff could not do enough to help us, excellent English and French is spoken. Nothing was too much trouble - thank you for an excellent stay in beautiful Lucca.

It's proximity to the Duomo gave us an excellent central point from which to do all our touring on foot. Breakfast selection was varied and good. It was fantastic! Newly and tastefully renovated, great location (close to Termini but not in an unsafe area), very comfortable, good buffet breakfast and pleasant surroundings.
