  The hotel was beautiful. Very peaceful. The staff were excellent. - most of the staff were very friendly ..very professional which was great yet they opened up and laughed with us when we asked them questions...made us feel pampered but at home at the same time which is a rare quality!   This was a very relaxing stay for us. The resort has all the normal facilities, rooms are very comfortable, staff are excellent and go out their way to make you feel at home. It's also close to other cities ie Augusta and Syracuse and is a easy short drive to Mt Etna. - Good size rooms, nice pool, great service, quiet hotel, free wi-fi
