They give you good advice on what to do, discounts for scooter renting and they even returned for us our scooter when we decided to leave in the first ferry. The room was superb. - I had high expectations for this hotel, but we were still blown away by the conscientiousness of the staff, attention to detail in the rooms, and overall sense of precision. And a great view of Etna, too!

  We were very impressed by the way staff arranged all transfers particularly because we did not speak Italian. The desk staff were wonderful. Such a relief to be able to communicate in English. Loved the place. - Great staff, beautiful grounds.

The father cooks and he is gifted. The atmosphere created by Emanuelle and Philippe while serving is serene. We felt like we were on our honey moon again. Tomasso, one of the waiters, was excellent and also very funny! We were upgraded to a luxury room which was extremely large, comfortable and luxurious. Great dinner, reasonably priced, and breakfast; lovely walks. SOme of the facilities, such as gym were not available for some reason but we did not really mind.
