  i liked very much the kindness of Antonella and Salvo who are really nice and good people. They explained to the kids everuthing about vulcano and etna before our trip on the Vulcano which was very nice. If you need something they will do their best to help you or provide it to you. Such kind of people are very rare.   A very friendly welcome from Paolo, a gentleman who instantly made us feel at home. The apartment shares the relaxing feeling of a Sicilian country house.   From the moment I entered the hotel, I felt welcomed and well taken cared of. The staff was really friendly and helpful with any questions you may have.   Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We loved the room though a little small--the bathroom was elegant and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with many tasty selections. We had an early morning departure flight and were so pleased that our driver, arranged by the staff, was ready at 4:30 AM.   My husband and I stayed at the B&B Serpotta when we first arrived in Sicily and liked it so much that we extended our stay by one night. We also rebooked at the B&B for our last night before heading home. The rooms/suites are beyond what you would expect from a B&B. During both of our stays we were put in one bedroom suites with fully ... what people say » kitted kitchens, king sized beds and the most amazing shower/sauna. The B&B also has a hot tub and workout area which again is beyond most B&B - I (67 yrs) was travelling with my God daughter (29) who has cerebral palsy. All the staff treated her with respect and good humour and indulged her attempts to speak Italian, she has difficulty speaking English! Nothing was too much trouble and when an incident occurred that necessitated a change of bedding, I was assure it was "no problem". The apartment was more than I expected, beautifully appointed and scrupulously clean. A truly wonderful stay.

I was staying there in May 2013. The hotel is located in the very city center in the beginning of a pedestrian area. It is nice looking, new and super clean. Besides all the neccessary stuff like a bed you can also find in the room a big sofa, new tv, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, wardrobe, etc. The bathroom is also new and bog enough.

  The place is awesome and the little houses really nice. In the midle of "nowhere" is a fantastic place where to stay and relax. It'a a pity we did not have the chance to stay a bit more time to do a barbeque in that wonderful environment. Breakfast is ok: coffee, milk, pineapple juice (not fresh), a homemade cake and bread.
