  We were made very welcome. The room and villa itself was beautiful, full of antiques, pictures and memorabilia. The view towards Etna was amazing. It was only a 15 minute walk to the beach and seafront restaurants down narrow typical Sicilian streets. There was a frequent local bus service to Taormina for 2.5 Euro return which avoided any parking p... what people say » roblems. The stay was very pleasurable indeed. - Beautiful house. Excellent accomodations. It is a private house turned into a BandB, and that should be made clearer in the site. People gave us royal treatment. Could not be any better!

  Welcoming and helpful staff. Lovely entry and shared living room space. Our room bright, spotless, beautifully appointed and updated bathroom. Breakfast, large selection and very good quality. Close to old city center; many sites within walking distance. Lots of close-by take away and al fresco dining. Definitely worth the trip and the 10 eu - This hotel was perfectly located for touring around Ortigia! About a 20 min walk from the train and bus stations in Syracuse. The place is beautifully remodeled, and the staff was welcoming and helpful in every way possible. Breakfast was amazing, too! The warmed ricotta with garlic was amazing! There was so much choice... including homemade pastry from the owner's nonna. Delicious! I would definitely come back here.

  The B&B was in an incredible location, just blocks from the best part of the most incredible sandy beach. Breakfast was delicious - lots of options, including made to order eggs (and even cheesecake, which was unusual for breakfast but quite a treat). The staff was so friendly and hospitable - very eager to please and help whenever possible.... what people say » Also, Chiara (the dog) was a great companion for the trip. The bicycles were another treat - it was great having the option to ride around and see a - We travel extensively and this was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Extremely friendly hosts and staff, fantastic location nearby a marvelous beach, tastefully decorated rooms and above all a terrace with unparalleled views. Highly recommended!
