The hotel provided a shuttle service free of charge. There was a lovely man waiting for us when we got off the hydrofoil, which made the travel a lot less stressful. All of the staff were fantastic and made our stay a very pleasant one. We would love to return to Lipari one day and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all of the wonderful

The hotel is centrally located in Palermo, close to the various places that would be of interest to tourists. There were a number of good restaurants in the neighborhood and shopping on the nearby via Roma, if one were so inclined. The room was large and well furnished, with a large armoire and a flat screen TV. - The staff was exceptionally help

Do not compare a 5* hotel in Sicily with a 5* hotel anywhere else in the world...Saying that, we had a lovely time despite some flaws, exploring the Etna region and playing golf on the oldest golf course in Sicily nearby (green fee reduction when you stay in the hotel). Make sure to visit Castiglione di Sicilia about 1/2 hr. away. Hotel is in a very quiet area in well kept grounds, perfect for a short break. Good Wi-Fi connection in rooms, but somehow slow speed (as everywhere in Sicily).

From the harbor we were picked up by the hotel. On arrival we got a drink, and our luggage was directly sent to our room. We got an upgrade to a room with sea view.
The hotel has a great outdoor pool, and is well maintained.
The hotel has two on site restaurant which are good.
The hotel has a nice SPA.
