  The Petrara Resort is a charming agriturismo resort in Avola. During our stay there, there were no wandering farm animals except for a couple of cats. The pool is really big and kept clean and kids have plenty of room to wander about and play. We had a quadruple room which was quite spacious and very clean with quite comfortable beds. The parking spaces are numbered matching the room number so each guest has his own parkin - What a haven of peace & tranqulity set in beautiful gardens with a very inviting pool - we had a lovely time just wished we`d stayed longer.Our hosts couldn`t do enough for us and even followed us out in the morning to make sure we got on the motorway ok - thankyou for a very relaxing stay.

  This is a fabulous hostel in a fabulous location with views over Noto. The staff were very friendly,welcoming and relaxed and made us feel at home instantly. Parking in the street outside, but don't know what it is like in Summer. We had the large family room even though there was just the two of us. Good shower room en suite.   This was a brilliant location in the heart of Trapani in the old side of the city. Upon our arrival we was given plenty of information on everything we could have needed. The staff where very helpful and on hand for any questions, advice or problems we had throughout our stay. The city was very beautiful and the local people where very friendly - We were offered a very friendly welcome by Ninni who explained everything about the apartment and things to do in and around Trapani. The place was a perfect base for sigthseeing the Old Town, taking boat trips, cycling tours etc. The apartment had everything you need to rest and prepare some special meals. The sights like Erice, Mozi Island, Segesta, Salini and Marsala - unforgettable!

  We stayed for 2 days at B&B Porta di Mare. The owner, Michele, provided us the best customer service we have ever had during our trip in Sicily! We stayed in the room at ground floor, which is very spacious, with a/c and with a wonderful bed. Everything was good and I can only recommend it. Just a hint if you are using Goo - Nevertheless owner did not speak any english and we understand zero italian we managed to communicate, it was quite exciting :) The room itself (we had Vasco Da Gamma room - how cute!) was great! I really recommend this location not only because of good quality hotel but also because of very very helpful owner.
