The host was very welcoming; once we took our luggage to the room and
went to the dining area to use the wi-fi and he brought us espressos and
water. The room is lovely, spacious, with nice bathroom and good
mattresses. The dinner at the hotel should not be missed; the food is
wonderful - a real find and quite reasonable. The breakfast was nice,
not just sweets.

Rooms were well appointed and everything worked. Good firm superking sized bed in a standard room. A lot of the original stone had been built into the deisgn and was well done.Very quite. We had a back room 415 and with the shutters closed it was silent. In summer if you wanted to open the shutters there is an aircon machine nearby which is noisy.

Excellent hotel facing the sea. It was pouring it down with rain when the ferry arrived at Stromboli and we were thankful that a golf car was waiting for us. Rooms are a good size, my wife liked the pool and to have a good breakfast facing the sea across a small road was wonderful. Three good nights in firm beds, great.

This is a unique property - an old manor house, fully restored, a producing vineyard and an excellent estate wine that is well worth the modest price. The property is nothing less than dramatic - indeed it looks like a movie set, and could have been, for that matter since, as one of the owners told me, during WWII it was commandeered as a German military hospital, and subsequently taken over by the Allies for the same purpose. The big balcony with a view of the park is great. Food at the restaurant is good. - hotel itself was very nice, rooms were a good size and standard, and view from sew view window was lovely. staff were helpful, although one or two of them need to learn how to smile.

Excellent. Everything was on top level. You should not worry about 10 min of walk to the Cathedral because the B&B is worth of it. The place is very calm, rooms are comfortable and perfectly clean. No problem with parking a car. You should go there.

We were very surprised by the comfort and value of this place, overall the best deal we could made in Sicilia in summertime. Walking distance (15 min) to the old part of Siracusa (Ortigia). Quiet and big comfortable rooms, everything looked quite new. Good breakfast.
