The restaurant manager was brilliant and helpful with the language ( we were English speaking ) and also the menu etc. Nothing was a problem and they had a big conference on at the same time.   We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful; the bedroom was spacious and comfortable with cooking and fridge facilities if require... what people say » d; the dining room for breakfast was magnificent (we did not have dinner as were committed elsewhere) and were able to use the facilities uninterrupte - The breakfast while traditional was superb. The pastries were absolutely wonderful and were accompanied by your choice of beverages, yogurt, bread and homemade jam, and a hardboiled egg. The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

  It was fabulous. Very clean chalet. There were 3 adults and 2 children in our party. Plenty of room. Pool was amazing. Our 2 year old had a blast in kiddy pool and went up and down waterslide hundreds of times. He could not get enough. The entertainment at night for children was great.
