  The location of the hotel is very convenient to visit the historic center on foot.They hotel staff arranged for the parking of our car, which we had reserved beforehand. The staff was very helpfull. - The location was absolutely perfect as was the food at the hotel.

  I was very pleasntly surprised by it all, the location was fantastic, very central, the hotel was of a very high standard, clean and warm. The staff, which were mainly family were extremely helpful and very friendly and were very accomodating to our needs.   Absolutely the most romantic hotel we've stayed in! The rooms are so decadent! Service is impeccable! Breakfast in bed is such a nice touch! Juliets courtyard is closed to the public at 7.30pm and our hotel had exclusive use! It's extra special because my fiancé just proposed to me there!! :) - everything was perfect. I was enchanted by the staff... what people say » . Each one of them very friendly, professional, customer focused and ready to delight you with the best service possible. I don't remember when was the last time I found the same level service in an hotel. Really Great!!!
