  I was very pleasntly surprised by it all, the location was fantastic, very central, the hotel was of a very high standard, clean and warm. The staff, which were mainly family were extremely helpful and very friendly and were very accomodating to our needs.   Absolutely the most romantic hotel we've stayed in! The rooms are so decadent! Service is impeccable! Breakfast in bed is such a nice touch! Juliets courtyard is closed to the public at 7.30pm and our hotel had exclusive use! It's extra special because my fiancé just proposed to me there!! :) - everything was perfect. I don't remember when was the last time I found the same level service in an hotel. Really Great!!!
