  Wonderful, helpful and reliable staff. You could set your watch to the three rotating desk clerks, and each was extremely warm and hospitable. Wifi was very reliable, unlike that of other hotels which claim to offer it, and then it only works in the lobby.   We had an unexpected opportunity to visit Lake Garda with just a little notice. We didn't have time to learn about every town so we decided to do something creative and pick where to stay based on the hotel. We chose the place with the best guest ratings we could find. They were all sincerely kind and genuinely helpful. Most - The hotel was on the major route through town so was easily accessible however it was not noisy. The hotel provided secure car parking in a parking garage directly across from the hotel at €8 per day. The hotel was extremely modern. The room was bright and fresh with lots of space. The bathroom was modern and well laid out. The whole place was very well designed and appeared very fresh and new.

  The staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay extremely memorable and comfortable. They were also very helpful with advice on where to go and visit and places to eat. The hotel is in a great loction right on the lake with bars, shops and restaurants right on the doorstep.   We liked pretty much everything about this site, one of the best we've stayed at in the Lake Garda area. Staff were all v pleasant & helpful. Site was clean & v well maintained. Our mobile home was clean & well equipped. The pool area looked lovely although unfortunately we were unable to make use of it due to the poor weather. Spend a lot of time in Italy. These apartments amongst most comfortable I've stayed in at my budget. Location beautiful. Under the mountains with Stunning lake views. Nice pool area. Beautiful promenade along lake front, decent restaurant . Easily accessible to everything and reasonable. Went in April so bars on site ect closed but made no difference.
