Staff were really helpful throughout the whole stay. Restaurant has very good food. Pools clean and lifeguard was always on duty. Fantastic location right in pretty village of San Felice del Benaco so can walk to cafes etc.Small supermarket opposite. Super bakery just around corner. We had lovely apartment with outside terrace with beautiful view and very clean. Ellie very helpful and attentive. Pool area stunning.

This was an amazing experience - this place was literally someones own castle, and was restored to a beautifull relaxing hotel. The design of the enterior is an adventure on its own, we loved the gardens and relazing chairs, the terraces and the staff who was extremely friendly giving us a tour of the place, and all the attention at dinner and breakfast. Arrived to find a small family run hotel about an hour's drive from Verona Airport.
The room was adequate with shower. Breakfast was very basic with bread and cheese, egg and parma ham and cake, nicely served though. We didn't use the restaurant but it was well used and was always busy. Nice pool available. Approx 15 min walk to the Lake.

Restaurant on site was great food, value and convenient.
