  The good-sized balcony with pots of geraniums was nice. One desk staff member was particularly helpful with information about Lake Trasimeno, and she even printed out train schedules for us.   Nice place. There was a playground close by. The parking was great. The rooms are spacious and have lots of storage and a kitchenette in the quad room. - Friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant.
