  This B & B was great. Perfect location. Just outside the hills of Cortona. The couple that owns the B&B were so nice. They didn't speak any English but he called his daughter who did speak English and she was able to help us with our needs. The breakfast was great. All homemade.   Great location close to Cortona Village, supermarkets. Fantastic hosts, gives lots of helpful tips and directions, any issues sorted immediately. Speaks pretty good English also which Is great. Amazing wifi throughout property. Great pool. Quiet area but short drives to multiple villages such as Montepulciano and 10 mins from good outlet shopping ... what people say » mall. Great place to base yourself for either exploring or relaxing. Quality accommodations in traditional Tuscan style but with helpful mod cons such - We were booked in for one night and loved it so much we stayed four nights. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a real Tuscan feel about it. Very relaxing in a rural setting with Cortona less than 10 minutes away. Donata made us feel welcome and provided much information about Cortona and surrounding areas. Ideally located for exploring neighbouring towns and villages. Donata provided excellent hospitality to us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a home away from home.

  Our trip to Italy started with alot of challenges which led us to arrive the property very late at 12 midnight. Yet Vittorio welcomed us with a huge smile on his face though he waited for us after a 3 hour delay. We stayed in a suite (so worth it!!!) and had a view that was very magical to wake up to. The grounds of this property was very soothing... what people say » , relaxing and boosts so much history - you cannot leave without asking Vittorio about this! Breakfast was another delight, Vittorio welcomed us by na - Simply the best! Where to start: That Vittorio hops in the car to pick us up, when we get lost without a GPS. That we enter one of the two beautifully restored buildings to be shown not only to a room but to a spacious, lovingly furnished apartment. Plus there is a fully equipped kitchen/ living room with a fireplace to share with the upstairs apartment. The garden with its flowers is perfectly tended and shows the owners great love and passion for their property. And the breakfast! Vittorio´s

  A little hard to find, but once you get to the area, there are signs everywhere. Bruno was a great host and the place is lovely. It's like you're living in the countryside. Great place to stay if you have a car. 10 mins drive to Cortona and the major lake.
