  All was just amazing. Fantastic view on the gulf, very kind personnel (however I speak Italian and they were not speaking English, please note), who offered drinks every time we were in the lobby. Amazing restaurant with great Ligurian cuisine. Very clean. Ultimately quite place in the mountains with the nature around you and no noise and dust.   We arrived at Castello Canevaro at 9 p.m. in the right day ... but just one year before! We made a mistake in the booking process and we were not expected! There was a weeding in the Castle. Despite the situation, we were received by a incredible diplomat and polite gentleman who solved the problem and found us a very nice room in the castle. He a... what people say » nd his very nice family walked us around and suggested several restaurants. Breakfast was excellent in a room with an unbelievable view and well prese - A wonderful Palazzo in a stunning setting with private access to the sea yet within a short walk of the pretty small town of Zoagli. The train station with short hop up the coast and bus to Portofino. Great gardens and wonderful views.
