  All was just amazing. Fantastic view on the gulf, very kind personnel (however I speak Italian and they were not speaking English, please note), who offered drinks every time we were in the lobby.   We arrived at Castello Canevaro at 9 p.m. in the right day ... but just one year before! We made a mistake in the booking process and we were not expected! There was a weeding in the Castle. Despite the situation, we were received by a incredible diplomat and polite gentleman who solved the problem and found us a very nice room in the castle. Breakfast was excellent in a room with an unbelievable view and well prese - A wonderful Palazzo in a stunning setting with private access to the sea yet within a short walk of the pretty small town of Zoagli. The train station with short hop up the coast and bus to Portofino. Great gardens and wonderful views.
