  The Cascina's location was fantastic, being in the middle of the Barbaresco's vineyards. The time of the year was perfect, with good weather and the White Truffle fair going on in Alba. Moreover, all the members of the family who owns the Cascina were fantastic: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, concerned about the quality of our stay. I definitely recommend a stay at the Cascina delle Rose. - A beautiful and charming family-run bed and breakfast on a vineyard with views that will take your breath away. I can't say enough about how gorgeous the vineyard, and its scenery is, and how wonderful the family (Giovanna, Riccardo, and Davide) are. No question/request will go unanswered. The sleep we had in the room was divine and uninterrupted. We very much look forward to staying there again.

  We loved our stay here this past weekend. Our reason for coming was to take part in the White Truffle Festival in Alba, but we ended up always making sure to be back here a good hour before the sunset. Great way to start our day. Each evening we had dinner here. One night we did all of the courses with their wines. The next night we just did on - We totally loved our stay here - one of our favourite places in our six weeks in Italy. To greet us, Giorgia served us some of the local wine, together with a platter of local goodies - and the next morning laid out a fabulous breakfast for us. Our room was beautiful, with crisp fresh-smelling linen, modern bathroom (we'd come back here just for that shower!) and superb views. This was a hard place to leave ...

We just wished we could have stayed there a few mo - This was our second stay at Casa San Stefanetto, and it is always one of my favorites. One of my favorite places to relax, beautiful vista's when you look out in every direction of the piedmont country side, filled with vineyards, 10 min drive to beatiful old Alba, or a 5 min walk down the road to small village with 3 fatastic restaurants..

Owner is friendly & offer free pick up to/ from train station. Freshly squeezed orange juice , home made yogurt , bakery ,ham & cheese sandwich are great.
