The Cascina's location was fantastic, being in the middle of the Barbaresco's vineyards. The time of the year was perfect, with good weather and the White Truffle fair going on in Alba. Moreover, all the members of the family who owns the Cascina were fantastic: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, concerned about the quality of our stay. A welcome bonus was a visit to their cellar and wine-production facilities. I definitely recommend a stay at the Cascina delle Rose.
