Location - next to the central train station and only a 15 minute work into central Milan. Staff were very friendly. Great location, in a side of the Station and the breakfast lounge with a great view of the station.Everything! Its proximity to Milan Central Station and connections to Airport makes it imperative for me to choose this Hotel. Location was excellent -seen and found immediately on exiting the Central train atation of Milan. Right next to the Central Station, 2 min walk from Malpensa Shuttlebus stop and the Metro station, and only 4 metro stations away fromthe Duomo. Nice view from the window at the beautiful old CentralStation building.Location is great. Wireless internet was fast and worked well. Breakfast was good and the breakfast room on the 8th floor is large and has nice views. Location.Next to Milano Centrale train station.Sound proof.No noise from outside.Cleanliness, Location and convenient to station, view. First room I was given stank of cigerette smoke, asked to be moved, second room stank of cigerette smoke, staff said it was a non-smoking room, then why was there an ashtray in room? Hotel claimed to be soundproofed, from what? You could hear doors being closed, people talking, the lift going up and down. Breakfast very basic. Rate hotel as 2 star!. Very basic, the breakfast was second rate, weak coffee and watered downorange juice. One night was just about enough. In the room we need a table to work.Staff at the reception are not very efficient. Air conditioning in theroom is very bad and its nearly breathless if you dont open the window.My room was on the first floor and facing right to the main road andtrain station but I had to keep the window open so its quite noisy atnight but still acceptable. The size of the television is pathetic andthe key ring for the room key is stupidly big. Arrogant staff, ask for my passport and didn't explain why. Have to return to collect the passport after went to the room. Assigned a low floor room facing street, very noisy. Have the feeling that staff look down to Asian travellers.The interior of the hotel is modern only at the lobby hotel, but all those corridor and rooms interior are not suitable with the price it self and should renovate ASAP.
