Very good hotel, breakfast included. Good localization - only 3min walking distance to the main street in Milan with famous shops. About 7min of walking to railway station (and bus station). Very quiet area, no problem with sleeping (no noises outside) which is a big plus in such a big city which never sleeps. Bed linen and towels included in price. Room was very clean and wifi worked perfectly. You could find few bakeries, restaurants and bars closely so no problem with finding something good .

The rooms were in a quiet place and the accommodation very comfortable! No car park or on-street parking (as opposed to what staff told me on the phone and still when I was there)...had to park 15-20 minutes away. 1, no fan or air condition, it's very hot at night. 2, share toilet. 3,the reception is on the 3rd floor and no evalator! if u have a big suitcase, that will be a disaster.... 4,it's not easy to be found. we were told that there was a private parking lot but that was not the case. Breakfast is very basic. I would recommend the bakery down the street!. 1. The Hotel wasn't easy to find. The Hotel shares the front gate with the other Hotel & appartment, 2. There is no lift & a very narrow stairs, it was very difficult to carry our luggage, 3. Noisy. It's quite uncomfortable because you will always hear people are walking, opening & shutting the door from the rooms in same level with yours 4. The worst thing is that the absence of warm water in our shower, so we had to take shower with a very cold water. The toilet is too small, and the walls are very thin. We can easily hear people going and coming in the hallway in the nights. small rooms, leaking tap in the neighbor room - It makes noise and you can't sleep. Not easy to find the reception from the street. Poorr breakfast. -very poor breakfast -very small shower. Bad shower, little hot water. The shower had no head on it....and it looked as though it hadn't been there for a while. The breakfast is very poor. Water from the shower head sprayed everywhere, even on to the bed. The shower is useless (it pours everywhere but not at yourself, so you basically cannot coun´t on washing yourself at this hotel). I wouldn´t call it breakfast what we got in the morning; they should skip serving it because it is a little bit shame to eat a packed croissant in Italy - country of the best bakeries, cafes and pasticerias in the world. Definitelly try to eat elsewhere. The room felt like a cell n the heater was not working we were freezing in the night. poor breakfast, noisy, old facility. Too hot. Paper thin wall. Steep narrow stairs, difficult with luggage. very small room and heater is not powerful enough. Some staff cannot speak English. Breakfast, very small hotel, television didn't work, hotel situated in an unsafe area. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. It is also expensive - I paid 50 euro per night for an uncomfortable hotel!!.
