After a long trip to milano, greeting by andrea at the hotel was excellent. He was also so helpful with his recommendations and orientation. Room was rather small but elegantly designed. Location of the hotel next to the metro station and on the main shopping district was just perfect. Although I had my own tab, complementary i-pad for the guests is a very well thought idea. Very pleasent room , color , design , clean , care of the details, the ipad for rooming on the web, living zone for cook something by microwew, beautiful zone in Corso Buenos Aires that is amazing for go to eat something of good and without the crazy price of the center ,great for make some shopping too and 20 min by walk to Montenapoleone or 25 min from Duomo.

Only thing comes to mind is that the room was a bir cold at night and the a/c was not working very effectively. Bed too little, shower too little, desk busy because the food of minibar on , without reception all day and for checkout too. Checkout at 10 am! Too early! I was by car and so without the possibility of parking because the zone , but is been suggest to me a expensive and horrible private parking by the receptionist. Too expensive for the Quality and Service. Was good value of money if was Bed & breackfast . The minibar is too expensive too and just with 1 coffee free. We had trouble finding the building; however, we could have done a little more homework before arriving and it may not have been an issue. nothing. I wish we had stayed longer!. Hot water in shower difficult to regulate. Shame that AppleTV doesn't allow for our personal log-in or connection. Nothing! Everything was perfect!. That it was not made clear to us by booking dot com that the luxury expected us there at no later than 7pm. We appreciate that this was passed on to us but we were not able to access the Internet after our confirmation the night before(which did not mention it) and so did not see it and neither did we realise we were to receive anything else other than the initial confirmation. No breakfast. Nothing. Didn´t like the way letsbookhotel.com doesn´t make very visible surcharge for late arrivals in the notes. The current place in brackets in the dates is not very visible. We were very disappointed as:- 1. It is NOT a B&B, they do not offer any food for breakfast. 2. There are no drawers in the room so you need to live out of your suitcase. 3. The shower leaked, had very limited pressure, was too small (you cannot wash your hair & not flood the bathroom), and has no where to place your hair shampoo etc 4. Is over-priced for what it delivers.
