The owner was also particularly accommodating, allowing me to check in very early and arranging secure parking for my bike. I'd definitely stay here again.

  I had a perfect stay. The room was extremely clean and spacious, as well as really beautifully decorated. The staff is also great (Marco picked me up from the train station and goes out of his way to make sure his guests have a good stay, which I appreciated because I was travelling by myself).   The Istituto is very clean and the room is well-appointed. The building itself is historic and lovely. I had a last-minute problem when my outbound flight was cancelled and the staff was very helpful and gracious.
