  The Istituto is very clean and the room is well-appointed. The building itself is historic and lovely. I had a last-minute problem when my outbound flight was cancelled and the staff was very helpful and gracious. I would definitely stay here again! - A quiet peaceful facility tucked in a quiet corner of the city. The hotel is in a safe, very quiet neighborhood. The facility is immaculate. The breakfast is outstanding with a local specialty, pusticotti. Amazing price for a room with a private bath and air conditioning. Staff is wonderful. Give this place an A+!
