What an amazing hotel! Very friendly owner who was knowledgeable and helpful. Although the area was a little rough around the edges, it was always pretty busy and as 2 girls travelling together, always felt safe. Also, there is a huge door on the street which once you were inside made you feel extra secure, so would recommend highly to any females

Although it is said that this part of Rome is not so safe, the location
of the hotel was perfect. Not for one moment we felt unsafe. It's a
15 minute walk to the ancient centre of Rome and Termini station. Metro
station, right under the hotel. Friendly staff, spacious and very clean
room. Good typical Italian breakfast, deliverd to your room.

We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi. The lobby with the free-to-use pc + printer is very handy to book your return flight and print out your boarding passes. In the rooms there is free wifi and a mini refrigerator.
