  The apartment hotel was in an excellent neighborhood in terms of proximity to sites. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and discovering excellent bars and restaurants.   It was my husband's and my first trip to Rome. The location to the Vatican n most of the famous sights in Rome was fantastic. It took us 10 mins to walk to meet our tour guide for the St Peter Bacilica and Sistine Chapel tour. We walked everywhere, as it was .very easy and convenient. Strolling from the hotel to the Vatican or across to the river is perfect.
