Via Dante/Piazza dei Mercanti from our balcony. Staff was very
helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful meal at a very authentic italian
bistro, 18 Novello, on their recommendation. Suite was spacious and

The hotel is located in a residential house. Standard European hotel, the optimum combination of price and quality, good European Breakfast. Convenient location. I was with a colleague on a business trip, the rooms have given next. The staff of the imperceptible. I was a feeling, that apart from us in the hotel there is none, although the hotel was more than full.

Frendly and helpfull stuff, excellent location just few minutes by feet from Duomo, Castle and The Last Supper, metro and restaurants were very close, the room was really quiet and cosy - Very clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is very well located, only a few steps from the Cathedral and Vitoria Emanuelle Gallery with tons of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of amenities and pillow choices.
The hotel in general is new and modern and I would definitely go back.

It's an ideal place/location for people on business trip. However if you want to give access to people who are doing business shopping it would be good to have facilities such as scale to check weight of luggage, a place to pack luggages, it can be outside or in the parking. Otherwise fantastic!!! English language has been a plus for your customers.
