  Friendly staff, very helpful. Held our bags for us even after we had checked out. I noticed how clean it was, especially the bathroom! Very happy with our stay and the best part for us is that we felt very safe. Reception had to buzz us in so we could go upstairs to get to our room. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed and valued as a resident at the hotel. It was clean and up to date. The rooms were functional but not tiny and enabled a relaxing evening after a long day walking around Rome. The breakfast, continental style was lovely and plenty of it. WiFi was free and it allows for skyping friends and family at home. Altogether a wonderful experience for a city hotel, great value for money.
