  Staff Location (it's near Roma Termini railway station, near the metro station, many restaurants - mostly indian -, two supermarket in the surroundings. - Value for money! The staff courteous! And accommodating.

  This is highly recommended. The whole building is clean and the very entrance has class. The rooms and everything in the complex is so clean and well kept. Santo is a such a nice and lovely host. You feel at home the moment you step in. Everything is taken care of. He will do everything to make you feel at home and will guide you about the attract... what people say » ions and events in Rome. The location is very good as it is close to Termini Metro/Train station, so it is easy to get to the city and also easy when - The room we had was very spacious and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was pretty good - the fresh coffee was the best part. Location was good for sightseeing and for arriving/departing (as walking distance to Metro and Termini Station). Not a great spot for Italian food (expensive) but good for Indian food. Definitely recommended as this is probably the best deal you can get in Rome.

  The location is perfect - close to the city centre, within reach of main sights on foot. Also Termini station is in vicinity, so it's comfortable to arrive from Fiumicino by train or bus. Also we liked that there're two options within one hotel: cheaper as a hostel and more expensive, but comfortable with more privacy and facilities in every room,... what people say » like in a typical hotel. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, the room was quite clean, spacious - even for two, the facilities worked properly, so - Very good room with only 3 beds. The environment is very quiet. The breakfast is good. The staff are great ! The hot water works perfectly and the shower is good.But the location is inside a building, which i search for a while in the rain. But it's near the train station.Be careful when you alone. The train station is not safe in the evening. Just bring the address with you.Thanks a lot. Strongly recommend.

  We had a great time at Santa Bibiana and David, the owner brings it a lovely charm. We had a lovely double room, it was clean, spacious, the shower was also very clean and everything was well-functioning. The breakfast was lovely, with a variety of choice ham&cheese, cereals, yoghurt etc. David brought us freshly made co - Wonderful private hotel with friendly, homely atmosphere. Comfotrable rooms are cleaned every day and have everything you may need, for ex. things like safe and hair dryer. Concerning locations - don't be confused by hotel's close vicinity to railway station, the area is safe and noise from the street doesn't come to the hotel rooms. The nearest subway station is "Vittorio Emanuele", but for us is was a bit tricky to find the way back from this station, so we used "Termini" - 10 min from hotel,
