Rome is a great place to visit,we found the Romans friendly people but bad drivers(some insults were transmitted),having rented bikes made all the difference to visit the city,amazingly few people cycle around,the food is great

The apartment hotel was in an excellent neighborhood in terms of proximity to sites. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and discovering excellent bars and restaurants. The location was excellent - just 5 mins away from The Fountain of Trevi and 10 mins away from Piazza di Spagna,,The room though a bit on the small size was nice, comfortable (recently renovated) and cosy..the bathroom was of a good size and also nice ..the staff was very friendly..should i re-visit Rome I would definitely stay in this hotel agai

this is a very good hotel with a great location and friendly staff...alessandro, veronika, and emanuele at the bar - great cocktail! expect quirks because this is a new hotel and some work still needs to be done; on my first day, there were guys carry fixtures in and out, dudes working on elevator.
the bed was very comfortable and pillows very cozy.

We were luckily enough to be given a "suite" room at a "sweet" cost! The location is superb, the coffee shops and gelatari near by are awesome. Strolling from the hotel to the Vatican or across to the river is perfect. Dei Borgia is a new hotel in an existing building. Lovely marble throughout. More of a boutique hotel at very reasonable rates.

Our host Roberto, his wife and the staff were welcoming and took extra
care of our needs. We booked two single rooms and sometimes in the past
we have been allocated tiny, substandard rooms. The rooms at the Celio
were charming, clean and the location between the Colosseo and Laterano
was fabulous. This was the first time we have ventured out of the
Trevi/Tritone area. (We go to Rome each year over past 15 years and
