  Ercole was an excellent host. He greated us and helped carry our bags up to the 4th floor where our room was. The Bluehostel has 3 rooms on the 4th floor and the others are on the 3rd floor. Be prepared to take the stairs, there is no elevator. We didn't mind at all. The shower was great with enough hot water, good water pressure, and a nice shower head. The absolute best - The rooms are clean, decorated beautifully and very comfortable. We were met by Ricardo who helped us with our luggage and also made sure we were settled in. Also provided us with a map of what to see in Rome, where to eat, drink, shop etc. Everything is thought of to make your stay as pleasant as possible and have to say Ercole and Ricardo were both so helpful with any questions. We would stay there again.

He got us breakfast tickets for cafe downnstairs so we were free from timetables. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Maids kept on top of the rooms, which were very large and had every ammenity, including tea/coffee etc.Very friendly atmosphere, we were even brought flowers and given chocolates every evening.   The location of Dolce Vita is perfect! You are right near the Forum, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps! There are many restaurants, cafes and a supermarket nearby. Taxis and buses very close too. The apartment was roomy enough for the 4 of us and although the kitchen facilities were fairly basic it was fine for our 5 day stay. ... what people say » Air con was great and we had cable tv for the international news. The hotel did a load of washing for me for only 5euro which was great! - Perfect for a family with young children. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Kitchen was perfect for breakfast in our apartment. The apartment was very modern and updated but still charming. Staff was the highlight - super recommendations for tours and restaurants; very helpful - told us exactly the fare to pay for the taxi; extremely accommodating when we arrived at midnight after a late flight - we will definitely return!

  It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable. The room had been refurbished 3-4 months ago and was so nice.that goes for the bathroom as well. - Great location and good value for price. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.
