  The location is excellent, right near Vatican city. We were in the Michelangelo suite and had a nice view of the city. There is a very good restaurant right around the corner, just start walking towards the museum entrance and its the first one on the right. Also excellent gelato down stairs. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Breakfast was incl - The metro was a couple of blocks away and we could easily get to all the tourist attractions. We were right next to the Vatican and a 2 minute walk to St Peter's Square, and were lucky enough to be at the b and b on the day the new Pope was chosen .... which made our trip something to remember forever. Wi-fi worked perfectly. Lots of bars and cafes and restaurants nearby to choose from in the evening. Massimo was great and made sure everything ran smoothly at the b and B. Why are people pointin

  My husband and I stayed here three nights during our visit to Rome. Irina was extremely friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable and clean, and we controlled our air conditioning (a huge plus after 12 hours of walking!). Overall, a wonderful place to rest after traipsing over Rome. - Wonderful place, felt like home, Irina is extremely friendly, I stayed alone for 4 nights, the location is excellent, a two minute walk from Saint Peter's Square and a three minute walk from San Pietro's Train Station. Breakfast is open all day so you can basically wake up whenever you want! Loved it.

  Irina was very kind and everything was good during our stay. We could do a late check out once the next guests were arriving just in the evening, and that was a very good thing for us. Excellent wifi connection. Rooms are exactly like the photos on the website, no surprises! The B&B guests have 10% discount at San Pietrini's restaurant (cash... what people say » payment). I definitely recommend this place! Very good transfer service from/to the airport, efficient and only 2 euros more than taxi. Fasten you - The room is relatively a smalll one but very confortable. The services have been very, very friendly , in time , impeccables , admirables ,... Difficult for us to find a word or an expression , which may show our deep feelings and thanks for the warmth we have received all along , during our stay from Irina.
