  Great location! Very close to public transportation, within a 30 minute walk of major tourist venues, and VERY convenient to the Vatican. Due to airline issues beyond our control we came in MUCH later than check in and the owner accommodated that which we really appreciated. This B&B had an elevator so we did not have to carry our luggage up ... what people say » 60 steps. They held our luggage for us after we checked out. - It's wonderful place to spend a few days in Rome. Excellent location. Clean and pleasant rooms. Very frendly and helpful staff. I strongly recommend.

  The location is excellent, right near Vatican city. We were in the Michelangelo suite and had a nice view of the city. There is a very good restaurant right around the corner, just start walking towards the museum entrance and its the first one on the right. Also excellent gelato down stairs. The suite did have a door so as two couples, we could e... what people say » ach have a room. Although one was in bunk beds. There was a small kitchen area and sitting table. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Breakfast was incl - The metro was a couple of blocks away and we could easily get to all the tourist attractions. We were right next to the Vatican and a 2 minute walk to St Peter's Square, and were lucky enough to be at the b and b on the day the new Pope was chosen .... which made our trip something to remember forever. Wi-fi worked perfectly. Lots of bars and cafes and restaurants nearby to choose from in the evening. Massimo was great and made sure everything ran smoothly at the b and B. Why are people pointin

  We enjoyed our stay in this friendly B&B with excellent location just across from the side entrance to the Vatican. Bus 64 also took you to Termini passing by the main stops to touristic areas for only €1.50 a 100 minute bus/train ticket. All the staff were very helpful and we felt like being at our own home because we had the keys to get in ... what people say » an out of our floor and also the second floor where the kitchen-dining area was. They also recommended a restaurant accross the street with excellent - The staff were helpful and very welcoming. Thwy were also flexible with me letting me leave my bags before an after checking out. The location was perfect as well (just a few blocks to the Vatican City and right across from a bus stop that can take you directly to the train station).
