Sam and the rest of the staff were very attentive. Local information was easy to obtain as all the staff spoke very good English. The location was better than we expected as we were only 5-10 minutes walk away from St Peters and Vatican Museum. Also good location for public and tourist transport. Will stay again.

  Irina was very kind and everything was good during our stay. We could do a late check out once the next guests were arriving just in the evening, and that was a very good thing for us. Excellent wifi connection. Rooms are exactly like the photos on the website, no surprises! The B&B guests have 10% discount at San Pietrini's restaurant (cash... what people say » payment). I definitely recommend this place! Very good transfer service from/to the airport, efficient and only 2 euros more than taxi. Fasten you - The room is relatively a smalll one but very confortable. The services have been very, very friendly , in time , impeccables , admirables ,... Difficult for us to find a word or an expression , which may show our deep feelings and thanks for the warmth we have received all along , during our stay from Irina.   This was our first trip to Rome and thanks to Vincenzo (the owner of this resort) it will not be our last. The room was perfect in every way!, the view of the Vatican was breathtaking and it was brilliant to be able to sit and watch the local residents go about there daily business... The room and en-suite were per - The room was very nicely decorated and looked like it was recently refurbished with a fine working aircondition, which was a life-saver in Rome's 38 degrees August heat! Bathroom excellent. Room cleaned every day. Espresso machine, free of use, in the common kitchen. Possible to cook breakfast or lunch on gas stove. Balcony with view over the Vatican roofs and towers. Owner, Vincenzo was really friendly and helpful. Cheap room for Rome. On the 8th floor, but there's a lift. Would stay here agai

  The hotel is located very close to the Vatican and Castel Sant' Angelo within a quiet street on the second floor of a building, however there is a lift. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (both the owners and maid). The hotel kindly arranged door to door transport to the hotel from the airport, which worked out less than getting a taxi... what people say » . They were able to provide an umberella to use when the weather was inclement and also directions and lots of helpful local information. The hotel is - The room was very clean, had air conditioning, and there was a lift. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. A light breakfast was served in our room each day at the time we requested. The friendly manager arranged our trip to the airport with a very professional driver for slightly less than the usual cab fare. Would definitely stay again! - Good location not far from Vatican and Metro line on quiet side street. Room good with little or no street noise and friendly helpful staff . Four keys to carry around and breakfast served in your room was not too much of an issue, however this depends on the individual travellers expectations. Would use hotel again if visiting Rome in the future.
