    The Ariston is a really great hotel to stay in, this was my second time staying here and it will be the place I stay everytime I return to Rome. The best thing about this hotel is that it is comfortable but the Staff are what make this hotel special, they are really friendly and go out of their way to make your stay here really great. I would high... what people say » ly recommend it. - Staff were wonderful, so helpful and always with a smile especiall Carlo who assisted us with information on Rome and organised forwarding our mobile phone which my son left behind at reception after we'd checed out. We booked 2 rooms for a family of 6 and they were both excellent - children enjoyed the mini bar. Breakfast excellent.

    Gorgeous, stunning hotel, just like in the pictures. Marble everywhere. Just gorgeous. Very substantial, varied, and delicious breakfast included with the price of the stay. Location is described as being sort of out of the way, but if you are in Rome to see Rome, the chances are that you will be walking just as much as we did, which is all day lo... what people say » ng with breaks to eat (and have gelato!). So the 10-15 minutes to the nearest subway station or the Spanish Steps is really nothing. Read up on Roman - This is a very well appointed hotel that is a pleasure to visit. There is a lovely garden around the hotel. It was easy for us and our 8 year old son to walk to all major attractions. The area is quiet at night and there are excellent nearby restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, consisting of cold meats, cheese, eggs, fresh fruit, cereals and numerous tarts and pastries. The staff were very helpful and provided maps and outlined the best way to walk to where we wanted to go. Our son especially
