Ricarrdo was very friendly and full of information. We stayed in the
apartment that is at a different location then the hotel. The apartment
is in the basement of an apartment building but since we were only there
really to sleep and eat a few meals that was ok. Opening the windows let
in more light but it was very noisy since it is on a fairly busy street.
It suited our purposes as being close to the metro and grocery and being

I've stayed at this hotel for three nights and I would like to point out the good things:
- The staff is very friendly. I would like to thank them all
- The room is very clean and comfortable
- Nice atmosphere in the hotel
- Quiet area
- The hotel is placed near the metro station (about 350 m) so it is easy to get anywhere in Rome very quickly

Irene and all of the staff were amazingly kind, helpful and funny! This
was the best part of our Rome visit as far as comfort and friendliness
are concerned. Over and over, they gave directions, helped with an awful
incident, made our stay a delight. The breakfast was out of this world
with fresh baked goods and home made yogurt and fine cappuccino. Would
stay again...4.8 Euros to get to our cruise ship (1 1/2 hours ride)----

the hotel has a nice athmosphere we stayd at the bottom floor near the lobby so there were some noises in the morning but nothing serious-it was very nice that there was a wi-fi in the lobby but i could also reach it in my room since it was next to the lobby - Giovana, the receptionist, was very ok.

I stayed for only one night, between flights. The B&B is very close to Tuscolana train station, from where trains to Fiumicino Airport arrive/depart every 15 minutes. Also close to Re di Roma metro, from where one can easily reach any part of Rome. The room was large and clean. The owners were very friendly. I definitely adored staying here! It wasn't like staying in a typical hotel, it seemed like visiting old friends' apartment! Everything is supercosy!
