This hotel is a lesson many top starred hotels should learn from on how to provide service. Joey and Lorenzo are very helpful, providing personal service and tips on what should be visited. They make the whole stay wonderful.... what people say » Its people like these who prove that good hotels aren't just walls but people. The room is spacious and decorated tastefully. Though missed the brea - What a great little place in a perfect location. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We were first time visitors to Italy. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us print out tickets etc. Recommended some of the best food we had. The location is tucked away in a coutyard by a church right off of a main street that leads to everything you would want to see in Florence. Would stay there again.

  This was a perfect location being just a few meters off piazza de la signoria in the heart of Florence.   We passed through Florence for three nights during our honeymoon and had a wonderful stay at Emozioni. Everyday we were left a treat reminding us we were on our honeymoon. They gave us directions and advice on where to go and where to eat.   we had a 3 bed room which was very big for Florence and nicely decorated, big bathroom too. the administrator friendly, he recommended a very nice restaurant( expensive but worth the money) . - decoration is very nice. personal is very friendly and intimate. room is comfortable, bathroom is also big.
