  Friendly and helpful staff, close to Termini, great value for the price. - Location of the hotel is okay. Note, that hotel is located on the 3rd floor (!) of an old building, where elevator aged of 100 years too. First of all, elevator is quite tiny. Secondly, if someone haven´t closed all doors of the elevator (there are 3 doors), he doesn't wor... what people say » k! So, you have to walk.

  It is just one block from the termini station. The owners are nice. The air Conditioning works okay. Easy walk to grocery near metro and train - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location near Termini was very convenient.
