  Stefano, the one who handled our booking was so professional, friendly and efficient. He was so accommodating even before we came and met us and even helped us with our luggage. He's on time and was very fast in replying. The apartment is well placed in Milan as it's very central and very near the Duomo and the shopping areas. You need not leave... what people say » the area, as everything is there. The apartments is big and fits well a family of 5. Cooking facilities are also available. Highly recommended. - We stayed in a beautiful apartment right between the Duomo and the fashion district. Beds were firm, a/c worked, everything was clean. We were concerned about the noise at first, because there was so much foot traffic below us, street musicians, etc., but it really calmed down after 11 pm. Would stay here again in a minute.

  After a long trip to milano, greeting by andrea at the hotel was excellent. He was also so helpful with his recommendations and orientation. Room was rather small but elegantly designed. Location of the hotel next to the metro station and on the main shopping district was just perfect.   Brilliant location, perfect for shopping and sightseeing. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and a handy bus stop about 50m away. I phoned the managers when I arrived at the airport and there was someone waiting for me with a key when I got to the apartment. The apartment is clean and basic and very spacious. Loads of books and DVDs provided, ... what people say » mostly in Italian. Proper full sized hairdryer. - The location of the appartment was perfect. It was spotless and very comfortable for our family of four. Two adults and two kids. There was also a supermart nearby and just below the appartment there were a number of cafes. The nespresso machine was a nice touch and so were the Dvds and books on the book self. Overall , the price , location and the quality of the appartment was excellent.

  The room was big and air conditioned. The own kitchen was great. So helpful, nice, polite and great staff on the hotel. Especially the young, bald man, who helped me several times, special thanks to him!!!
