  The staff were really nice. Especially the guy named Simon. We were really late on the day of arrival (about 11 at night)(because the airport was out of electricity). He was waiting us downstairs for hours!!! The room is really comfortable The balcony is really relaxing. And you can see sunset from the balcony!! quite close to the tiburtina train ... what people say » station although no hot food for breakfast, the breads provided were really yummy - Loved the layout of the room and the entrance foyer. The balcony was just the right size for 2 people. Also, you can get a coffee from the machine anytime. The staff tried hard and even sorted out our washing for us.

  A family of four with kids 4 and 7 yo, we were looking for a long weekend in Rome. Rome hotel prices are generally quite high but this one was quite reasonable. We had a suite with a queen and two bunk beds, along with a kitchenette. It was very clean and came with a basic 'continental' breakfast.   We only stayed one night but I can tell you it was a great stay. The hosts welcomed us at the door, they were chatty friendly sooooo nice.The room was very nice and the bathroom was excellent - the shower was big with good pressure and hot water. I like this hotel very much but the attitude and friendliness of the hosts is de - If this hotel was situated in the historic center then it would definitely be one the best hotels in Rome. The interior design of the room, the bathroom and the other places (reception, breakfast room) is more than modern, well decorated and elegant. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean and cosy. Definitely one of the best designed hotel ever stayed in.

  They really do a great job to make you feel comfortable and welcome. We enjoyed our stay here. The metro is close so you can easily get around (Use the Bologna station). We are overall pleased. Eat the pastry at breakfast! Its amazing!! :) - Big room, excelent facilities, great hospitality! Excelent, very close to 2 metro stations!
