1. Hotel check in is since 14:00. However, personnel agreed to meet us and perform check in at 10:00 so we were able to spend more time in Rome. This is really fantastic, and this is why I would recommend this hotel to everybody. 2. The hotel is close (10-15 minutes walk) to the metro station, train station, bus station.Amazing. 3. The room was clean. 4. The hotel is quite cheap in comparison to other Rome hotels.

Actually surprised to have access to a microwave in a small but reasonably sized kitchen and basic utensils , we were on a tight budget so that was great. !!! Its no frills accommodation but its ideal for someone who wants to see Rome on a tight budget. it is easy to find, close to all public transport, eating places and supermarket close by, friendly owner with lots of help and information. Highly recommended. Enjoyed the stay in Rome. Nice place! Staff are very helpful, the place is nice and very clean, all shops and transports are wathing your reach. I'd recomend anyone this place. You can find everything you need around : markets, shops, bars, restaurants, train, metro.....excelent location. Nice and clean. Close to the Tiburtina station, from where you can take a train directly to the airport. Not very far from Termini metro station. It is a good place to stay at night. We wanted a place outside of Rome that we didn't have to drive into that was close enough to public transport - this hotel had a great location for that purpose, only a 10 min walk to the train/metro station and an easy ride in. The manager of the hotel was accessible by phone always and helped us figure out where the hotel was, as it was a bit hard to find. Rooms were adequate and clean, nothing special, but a simple room for our needs. Good location and clean room, especially the kind staff. Breakfast, Location, Independence. Room was clean and comfortable. Rather cheap and comfortable. Clean bed linen and towels, good working air-conditioning. Close to Tiburtina station where you can get a train to the airport, metro, buses.. Wi-fi. 1. Poor sound isolation in the room 2. The room is very simple and not new. But this is B&B anyway. If the room is used for sleeping, having shower, and storing luggage, it is more than enough. 3. Poor breakfast. But they have a kettle + breakfast is poor everywhere in Italy in such kind of hotels. Difficult to find parking at times in the local area. Nothing. Everything was perfect. Very busy. Not enought hot water for all of the guests, you must wait an hour to heat again. Breakfast was a packaged croissant and a juice box in the bedroom. Not that we go to Rome for the breakfast, but I'd rather pay an extra 5euros and go across the street, but would have been nice to have something included perhaps. The major complaint I have about this place is the walls are incredibly thin, so you'll be able to hear everyone's activities in their rooms or outside. Probably not for a family, but for a couple or a single person it was fine. Cleaning, Balcony door. Breakfast given a day before in packed food. It tasted very stale. It is difficult to find. The breakfast was poor. And the district is not pleasant. The neighbourhood is suspicious. It was noisy early in the morning when the maid was coming to clean. The floor was never cleaned during our stay. It is impossible to pay by credit card, bad Breakfast, noise from the street, it's hard to find. Difficults with hot water supplyment, loud sounds of traffic and neighbours at the night, staff is available between 13.30 - 20.00. this is not a hotel - only apartments!!!. The room wasn't clean and it was run-down. There was only hot water if the tap in the sink was on as well. Breakfast was already in the room for the next day - it wasn't fresh. I would not recommend this "B&B" to anyone. Next time I am in Rome, I will pay the extra for somewhere nicer.
