  Lovely hotel with masses of space and very attractive decor in the bedroom room and the public rooms. Excellent location. We would stay there again - the stuff is great.I forgot my new shoes at the reception desk and they will send them to me.Ithink this is just great!

  I booked a single room without bathroom so you can imagine my surprise when I was offered an appartment instead! It was big, quiet, and fully equiped. Rooms in 4 star hotels aren't even half as good! The guy at the reception was unbelievably friendly, he helped me with the luggage, printing a plane ticket and even exchanged me a few british pounds... what people say » without asking for a fee. Definetely go there! - The location of the hotel gives you immediate access to Florence's most beautiful sites. The staff could not be nicer. Professional, competent, caring, helpful. The entire staff went out of their way to make our stay in Florence a very special experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable and homey. I strongly recommend Hotel Bellettini to anyone who has plans to be in Florence. Delightful.

  Really clear, the room, the breakfast on the terrace. definitly all - It was all great - we arrived much earlier than the allowed booking time, but they let us leave our luggage there until the room was ready, and they made every effort to get our room ready quickly. Overall, a great place to stay!
