The hotel was in a great position - close to Park Sempione and a 15 min walk to the city centre. It was in a lovely street and inside was well appointed. We stayed in a good room, with a good bathroom. The staff were fantastic. I can't think of one thing wrong with this hotel. - Very helpful and efficient staffstaff - convenient location - well

Frendly and helpfull stuff, excellent location just few minutes by feet from Duomo, Castle and The Last Supper, metro and restaurants were very close, the room was really quiet and cosy - Very clean and comfortable rooms. Good location, near Cadorna Station (Malpensa Express Train) and the Duomo. Friendly staff, and overall good facility.

Location is perfect for visiting Milan. Didn't like this hotel, had to wait for our room to be cleaned even thou we arrived after the book in time, cannot get breakfast even thou we paid for it, need to get train at 8 o clock breakfast does not start until 7.30 would not offer us anything, cannot get a drink only coffee or soft drinks, very poor service for the price of the roo

Great location. 15 minutes walking to castle, last supper, and duomo.
They are very nice to help searching on internet and call the airport to confirm the strike.

Reception was extremely helpful, the rooms were nice, the bathroom especially, and the breakfast included protein so that I could eat something, since I'm allergic to wheat. beds, at the check in the guy mentioned it to us and offered to look for
a room with a double bed. So we were upgraded to the Superior Ladies
Room. It was a really nice room, it had sports equipment, hair-style

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is spacious and the bathroom well equipped and cristal clean. The location is good, within walking distance from Garibaldi train and metro station. If you fly to/from Malpensa, there is a direct train from Garibaldi station, very easy and accesible.

The hotel is a small no nonsense hotel . I didnt use the facilities other than the room but it was all I needed ie somewhere to sleep, get washed etc. Rooms clean and airconditioned - The hotel is quite good, but I don't like it's location at all. There is near metro station, but not in the centre of the city.
