  They went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Loved the room and the fact that there was an accessible laptop for guests and a phone in our room. Our host, when hearing that we would not be available when he normally brought guests breakfast, brought us breakfast groce - It is hard to evaluate this place, as there were a few problems with our stay. We arrived early and left our bags, but were only able to do that because the cleaning lady was there. When we returned after a long day, the manager did not answer knocking on his door. I walked over 4 blocks to find someone who would help me call him -- he answered the phone call and my rescuer worked out getting me in. Sam and the rest of the staff were very attentive. Local information was easy to obtain as all the staff spoke very good English.
