  Me and my bf stayed for 3 days/2 nights from 9-11 march 2013. The place is within walking distance of termini, but in a good area. The room we got was big, clean and nice with a small balcony. The bathroom very clean with toileteries and hair dryer, which was essential as we got under the rain and came soaking wet. There is a seif and small frige.... what people say » Breakfast was very decent. Kept us full till 1-2. Situated 10 min walking distance to Colloseo and piazza venezia. Within 30 min walking to piazza na - Myself and my boyfriend stayed at b&b rosmini for 4 nights. Couldn't have asked for better, we loved every minute of our stay. The receptionist kasia was more than helpful with all out queries! Perfect location, situated directly across from the train station so no lugging baggage around the city. Breakfast every morning set us up or the day. Rooms cleaned every morning, the place was spotless. Fab little restaurant outside front door perfect for lunch and dinners. If we ever return to Rome

  What an amazing hotel! Very friendly owner who was knowledgeable and helpful. Although the area was a little rough around the edges, it was always pretty busy and as 2 girls travelling together, always felt safe. Also, there is a huge door on the street which once you were inside made you feel extra secure, so would recommend highly to any females... what people say » travelling either alone or as a group. Really comfortable beds, we had the best view of outside as we were on the corner. Excellent aircon which was - Although it is said that this part of Rome is not so safe, the location of the hotel was perfect. Not for one moment we felt unsafe. It's a 15 minute walk to the ancient centre of Rome and Termini station. Metro station, right under the hotel. Friendly staff, spacious and very clean room. Good typical Italian breakfast, deliverd to your room.

But you get coffee and tea if you like in the rooms. Location is near station Termini. We had to leave town in 4:30 A.M. So it was quit and safe street to get to station.
