  Francesca at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Best service we had on our 2 week vacation. She helped us find a special event on tv and sent us to a pub that was showing the event. Location is 5 minutes from St. Peter's Square. Looks brand new. Would stay here again for sure. - Great location right next Vatican and very nice, friendly... what people say » and helpful staf, specially Flaminia! Very nice and modern room in a quiet house in one of the side streets near city center. We have had a great vacation there as we engaged with my girlfriend in Roma :-)

  My friend and I were there for 4 lovely days and we loved every minute.Staff was very friendly and helpful and we didn't mind going across the street for breakfast(Italian breakfast consisting in coffee and fresh patisserie).   Its location is in the heart of Rome which allows you to access most of major events on foot. Piazza Navona, Campo Dei Fiori is just 5 min walk. Even Vatican is only 15 min away. Thats a great advantage especially if you go to Rome during hot summer time. You may come back to your room in noon time and refresh yourshelf for the afternoon visits. By using the 3 keys (Building gate, s - Brilliant location, could walk to bascillica in 10 mins, the Coleseum in 15 mins. Lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Piazza Navona is also very near. We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving. It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.
