The Location was perfect 10 minutes walk from the Vatican, 1-5 Metro stops to all main events as Spagna, Vatican, Fontana di Trevi and a lot more, but you could also walk to most.   It was very quiet away from all the maddening crowds, close to bank machines/metro stop and the romans away from the tourist sections were very nice. Also the rooms were very fresh/clean/air conditioning worked great after the heat/dust from the city. Breakfast was very good and if asking for a cappucino it was made for you.   Such a lovely b n b. The location is really nice - away from the busy streets of the centro storico. We felt like we were living with the locals but also had plenty nearby shops/restaurants. The staff were very lovely and made the effort to speak to us every day. The breakfast was amazing! A table full of fresh fruit, fresh juice, pastries and bre... what people say » ad each day. We would come out of our room to it all set out for us - no impersonal buffet. We stayed on the 6th floor (reached by an authentic elevat - Great B&B, good location as most attractions reachable by foot, no noise, many restaurants close by. Very pleasant and helpful staff. I did not meet the owners eye to eye, but did ask few extra's to make my stay more special and they happily helped , I even got nicer room as expected ..I would definelly reccomend this place to stay in Rome..Thank you Mariana for beautiful breakfast :)

  Rooms were beautiful, well decorated, clean and comfortable. The staff was very freindly and professional. The location was excellent for getting to all major sites in the city. The piccola cucina in the bar was very convienent and the food was excellent. For a summer stay they have beautiful roof and ground floor patio gardens enjoy. When we visit Rome next time we'll stay here again. We found it convenient for all the attractions some to walk to, for others the Metro is nearby and easy to use.
